An Australian Tale

In July, I spent a month “down under”, presenting my research at the STARS and HERDSA conferences in Brisbane and Melbourne (online), as well as meeting fellow researchers such as Rachael Field at Bond University at the Gold Coast and Chi Baik at the University of Melbourne. It has been an immense pleasure to get to know people whose name I knew from their publications as well as people whose name I have never heard of before but made friends with throughout my trip.

I had a great time and will definitely take a lot of new experiences and insights with me from these last four weeks!
